Transport Administrator

ECS Recruitment currently require a Transport Administrator to join our client team based in Kylemore, Dublin 10.

The client is a leading healthcare service provider who has been operating for over 30 years throughout England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Purpose of Position
- To provide a high level of customer service to LQ clients and provide general administrative support to the transport and operation departments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to LQ customers.
- Provide administration support to the transport and operations department.
- Support other team members, if needed, by prioritising the backlog in the Transport office.
- Other duties include answering calls, responding to queries, communicating with drivers, printing tags and deal with driver issues.

Skills and Experience
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literature, particularly in MS Office and general IT systems
- Excellent attention to detail
