Office Manager

Salary: 30000 - 32500 PerAnnum

ECS Recruitment is looking for an Office Manager for our client based in County Cork.
 
The role is full time permanent and will offer a unique opportunity to participate in the expansion and success of a dynamic business within an experienced and supportive environment.
 
Main Responsibilities
  • General administration works and day to day running of the office
  • Liaise with accounts department and offer support when needed
  • Engage with purchasers of new properties in relation to house handover etc
  • Office Management - making sure all CPD is up to date, arranging training for staff, making sure company is compliant with building regulations.
  • HR Management - Process weekly payroll, monitor staff holiday/sick leave, advertise new job opportunities.
  • Marketing & Website Management – Keep our website up to date with all our current projects.
Ideal Candidate  
  • 3 years’ experience in office management, accounts & bookkeeping
  • Be proficient in MS Office and an accounts package, preferably Sage 50 Accounts
  • Candidates must have full permission to work in Ireland at the time of application as no visa sponsorship available for this role
