Chef De Partie
We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join a beautiful hotel in South Dublin. The successful candidate will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in running the kitchens.
- To prepare and produce food to the standards of the hotel
- To follow and assist the Head Chef in implementing all HACCP regulations
- Work effectively within the Kitchen Team to ensure high customer service standards
- To ensure all necessary ingredients are purchased and requisitioned to the agreed standards
- Staff Training
- Work as part of a team to achieve department targets
- Valid right to work full time in Ireland, 40 hours
- Transport would help but not necessary
- Good Attitude
- Previous Experience working in a large kitchen
- Two references
