Chef De Partie

We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join a beautiful hotel in South Dublin. The successful candidate will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in running the kitchens.
  • To prepare and produce food to the standards of the hotel
  • To follow and assist the Head Chef in implementing all HACCP regulations
  • Work effectively within the Kitchen Team to ensure high customer service standards
  • To ensure all necessary ingredients are purchased and requisitioned to the agreed standards
  • Staff Training
  • Work as part of a team to achieve department targets

Must have
  • Valid right to work full time in Ireland, 40 hours
  • Transport would help but not necessary
  • Good Attitude
  • Previous Experience working in a large kitchen
  • Two references
